Based on years of experience and experience, the author believes that the following ways can be explored (take the annual production of 50,000 cubic meters of 8 mm thick products as an example, and calculate the amount of wood that can be saved): 1. Use fast-curing adhesives to reduce heat pressure is the thickness of the pre-cured layer of MDF. If the thickness of the pre-cured layer is reduced from 3 mm to 0.6 mm, 14302.52 cubic meters of wood can be saved every year. 2. Reduce the waste of sawing. If the width of sawing is reduced from 4.5mm to 3.7mm, each sawing is reduced by 0.8mm, and each board has 4 sawings, it can save 98.4 cubic meters of wood per year. 3. Reduce the crushing amount of the crushing saw, and reduce 5mm of each sentence, and save 615 cubic meters of wood per year. 4. Increase the wood chip yield of the chipper. In addition to improving the management level, reducing the rate of waste and defective products, and improving the utilization rate of production line equipment, etc., are all ways to save wood.
